QRS Toolbox for Excel (the toolbox) is the product of Quantitative Risk Solutions PLT (we, us, our), a limited liability partnership incorporated in Malaysia. This document specifies our policies on personal data and should be read together with our terms and conditions and cookie policy.

Collection

The name, email address, and account identifiers associated with the Microsoft account you use to access the toolbox. Microsoft will prompt you to give us permission to use these data when you sign in for the first time.
The web address (URL), internet protocol (IP) address, browser information, and device information reported by your browser when you interact with our servers through the toolbox.
The payer name, payer location, payment method, and other payment-related information reported by our online reseller when you make purchases through the toolbox.
The function name and timestamp when you use a custom function.

Purpose

We use your personal data only for purposes that are considered essential to the operation of the toolbox, including without limitation:

to provide you with access to the toolbox;
to prevent attacks on your access to the toolbox;
to personalize your user experience of the toolbox;
to prefill input fields for you at the order checkout stage;
to enforce limits on the number of server-side function calls you can make;
to email you order confirmations and receipts, and other transactional emails;
to email you security alerts, legal notices, and other administrative emails; and
to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions for using the toolbox.
